A visit to Flinders Ranges National Park (ancient Ikara)

Things to do in Eyre Peninsula, South Australia (road trip itinerary)
Swimming with sea lions, the best oysters in Australia, and stunning coastline – why wouldn’t you want to visit the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia?
Wow. Thank you so much for highlighting this place. Beyond the normal Outback sights and Alice Springs I didn’t visit anything else though found so much beauty in looking out on the red land from the Ghan. Looking forward to adding this to my Australia itinerary next year. Underground living, such a different experience!

QUIRKY SOUTH AUSTRALIA
There is no place on earth like Coober Pedy.
Don't be surprised if you see zombies walking out of the opal mines!
Well worth a stop for its quirkiness. (It also has exquisite desert beauty. )

WORLD CLASS WINE REGION IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA
If you're looking for a glass of wine that has a story to tell, then the Barossa Valley is the place for you.
It produces world class wine in a setting that is serene and beautiful. It also has the most beautiful gum trees I've ever seen.
The nearby Adelaide Hills also offer great wine, beautiful scenery and landscape and lots of koalas!
